Movie or Video Game Party
Have a movie night at the studio! We can host your movie night outside on our barn or inside with our bus Flo. A plus to having it inside the studio with Flo is we can host it anytime of day, there is heat/air conditioning, and you don’t have to worry about weather!
Love vintage video games? We will provide up to 4 vintage consoles with access to hundreds of games for you and your friends to play at your next event. Play on vintage TVs and/or on the big screen! Consoles include the original NES, Nintendo 64, Game Cube and the Super Nintendo.
How it works:
Movie nights are great for date nights, family gatherings, community events, birthday parties, you name it! You provide the movie, we provide everything else. Download, rent, or have a DVD copy of your movie of choice and we will either use your laptop or our DVD player and hook up to play the film. Inside movie space can accommodate up to 20 people. Outside can accommodate up to 40 people.
We have every game (seriously, every game) for each of the consoles mentioned above so come prepared with a list of what you would like to play! Please contact us if you would like a list of the games.
What we provide:
Projecting and audio equipment, seating, blankets, TVs, and video game consoles.
You provide:
Movie, snacks, any extra blankets, decorations
Movie Party Pricing:
$300 2/hr
+ $50 each additional 1/2 hour
Creative Parties
We offer creative and movie parties for ages 13+. At this time we do not offer creative birthday parties for kiddos under 13 but are happy to send you down the road to the Artsy Palette. If you are looking to host a Girl/Boy Scout or homeschool group event please reach out for special packages. You and your little artist are welcome to check out our upcoming workshops to see if there are any for their age group or you can come in and sit at the art bar and create.

Creative Party Pricing:
$35 per artist minimum 6 people
Includes 2 hours of party time

Vintage Picnic Packages
Step back in time and enjoy a picnic with your sweetie or some friends! Picnics are set up at the studio or can be arranged for pick up as a rental.

Pricing:
For onsite events the pricing includes above list, set up and tear down, 2 hours of picnic time. Rental prices include the above list and 24 hour rental.
Picnic for 2: $200 (rental: $250)
Picnic for 4: $275 (rental: $325)
Picnic for 6: $350 (rental: $400)
Picnic for 8: $400 (rental : $450)

Rental Details:
Our back workshop space next to Flo can fit 16 guests which also allows us to keep the front of the studio open to the public, unless you request a fully private rental. If you require more space, we can accommodate up to 30 guests within the entire studio which would require a fully private rental.
