Projects will be available to be picked up within 3 weeks of last session but some may be completed fully during the session. Clay, tools and firing all included in the session fee. Wear clothes that can get dirty, and shoes that can be wiped clean.

Seasonal Watercolor 11/16- Been curious about watercolor and want to try it for yourself?? Maybe you had a bad experience and want to give it another shot but you’re a bit scared to go it alone? Welcome! Everyone who wants to paint should have the chance! ♥ Seasonal watercolor watercolor with Belle is a beginner friendly watercolor class! Each session will include basic watercolor techniques with a simple watercolor painting everyone can create and take home with them in about 2-3 hours. All supplies are included as well as a handout with a few guidelines if you can’t get enough and want to keep practicing on your own! In this class we’ll be using tube paints instead of the traditional pans typically used in the medium. Nov 23rd | From Box to Book

Create a journal using exclusively repurposed materials, some from the Propogate Studio Thrift Store and others from my own personal stash.  We will design a book cover using a repurposed box, think cereal or cracker box that we construct and decorate in any way your heart desires.  We will then seek or create paper to use as the pages of the journal, creatively exploring different ways to utilize the paper, such as adding envelopes to the pages.  We will use a yarn wrapped binding that will allow you to add and remove pages easily. The direction you go with your journal is limitless, an art journal, junk journal or one with plain pages to draw or write in.  You will leave the workshop with a unique journal for yourself or the perfect gift for someone you care about.

Monday Clay Dates

Bring a date, a significant other, your best friend, your parent, your kiddo age 12+, you name it and let’s learn to throw! Students will be given several balls of clay to throw on the wheel. You will pick your glaze color but Propagate Studio will have all finished pieces fired and glazed within 3 weeks of your session.

This is an introductory lesson for people who have little to no experience on the wheel. Individual instruction gives you the basics for creating cylinders that can be turned into bowls or other vessels. Outcomes vary, but you will have lots of fun with this down and dirty, old as time way to create clay vessels.

Please wear clothes that can get dirty, and closed toed shoes that can be wiped clean. Please choose date and how many will be attending.

6:30-9pm
