The Propagation Fund

If you are struggling financially but would still like to take one of our workshops or know someone who is need of a creative outlet but cannot afford a class on their own, please consider applying for the Propagation Fund. If you are able to share with our community please consider donating to this fund! Through the gift of paying it forward we can grow this opportunity for others and propagate the amazing gift of creativity to others in our community. I ascribe to the belief in the law of abundance, that there is plenty to go around, and that by giving, you are opening yourself up to receiving something greater.

Monday Clay Dates

Bring a date, a significant other, your best friend, your parent, your kiddo age 12+, you name it and let’s learn to throw! Students will be given several balls of clay to throw on the wheel. You will pick your glaze color but Propagate Studio will have all finished pieces fired and glazed within 3 weeks of your session.

This is an introductory lesson for people who have little to no experience on the wheel. Individual instruction gives you the basics for creating cylinders that can be turned into bowls or other vessels. Outcomes vary, but you will have lots of fun with this down and dirty, old as time way to create clay vessels.

Please wear clothes that can get dirty, and closed toed shoes that can be wiped clean. Please choose date and how many will be attending.

6:30-9pm

These are going to be the photos you will work off of so try to have a few different angles to be well prepared. Photos that you feel are good representations of what makes your pet unique and special are perfect!! Up to two pets will be able to be included in each painting - if you would really like to add more you are welcome to! But it may end up taking longer than we have time for during class, so please keep that in mind.

All supplies are included as well as a handout with a few guidelines if you can’t get enough and want to keep practicing on your own!

if you are planning to paint an exotic pet please reach out so I can be prepared and bring extra paint colors for you 🙂
