Art Supply Thrift Shop
take what you’ll use, pay what you can
Let’s save creative materials from the landfill and get them
in the hands of creatives!
Shop the thrift
Everything in the art supply thrift shop is take what you’ll use, pay what you can (we mean it!). We know that everything will balance out in the end. It’s exciting to see the magic of offering an opportunity like this for creatives because it takes the financial pressure off creating! We want you to have fun and try new materials without breaking your bank. We have bags for you to shop with but feel free to bring your own
Donate new or gently used art supplies
Please review our “yes please and no thank you” list below! You can bring donations any time you visit the studio. If you are bringing a large donation please contact us to set up an appointment at propagatestudionj@gmail.com
If you have a loved one who has passed or are just looking to clear out your art drawer that no longer serves you, we are here to help! Whenever you bring a donation of supplies to the studio you are welcome to take items in exchange for what you brought or still make a payment to support our mission. We are not a non profit so we cannot offer any tax forms for your donations.
We love seeing how the supplies from our donors change the lives of the artists buying them. It’s such an incredible cycle!
New location!
We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening our first Outpost within the Squirrel’s Nest Art Studio in Woodstown, NJ! Our grand opening will be on January 31st. Their location will also be taking donations but have a slightly different yes please no thanks list than us as well as donation times to please follow them for more information https://www.instagram.com/squirrelsnestnj
